Prepare decoupage using pinflair glue and mat onto silver mirri card, this is then mat onto some of the patterned paper.

Take a sentiment and mat in the same way as the decoupage.

Take a DL card and cut a ribbon effect out of black card and glue to card, then arrange the decoupage and sentiment on top.
