I printed the sheet out twice onto 200gsm card and after cutting out the elements from one copy I used DST to attach the base image to my card blank.

I then cut out the pig and the birthday cake from copy 2 and added them using glue gel to create a decoupage layer, and finished by highlighting the words 'Happy Birthday' using a black sparkle pen.
