I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I attached pearlescent card to a card blank and mounted the topper off centre. I made up the decoupage using foam sticky pads.

I addeda brown ribbon down the RH side and used the circles cut from the sheet like card candi. A really great card.
