This topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I have added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.

I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto an 8x8" scalloped edge card with the fold at the top.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with the Happy Birthday caption and matching embellishments.
