Printed onto Matt Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I then stuck Topper to a gold glitter matt and then Used DST to attach to the 8 inch white card.

Used foam pads to build the Decoupage. I used crystal glitter in aspects of the Design.

A very fun design.
