Cute Little Panda on Ornate FrameCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet out onto photo paper twice, so I could add extra decoupage, and cut out the elements.

I cut a mat out of black card, larger than the base image, attached the base image, and stuck this onto a 20cm x 20cm card blank.

I added ornate gold peel offs in the corners, used 1mm foam pads to add the decoupage, and decided not to use the greeting.
