The Galloping Horses

Using my graphics program I enlarged the sentiment panel then printed on matte card, I wet glued the picture to a matching base card, printed a slightly smaller picture and using foam squares I added as decoupage.

I used periwinkle glitter on the edge of the decoupage and on the two inner frames and added two stripes on the top of the card to finish I add two small gems on the flowers and Glossy Accents on the eyes.
