I printed out the sheet then cut out the decoupage elements.
I mounted the picture onto a cream card blank then attached the layers using sticky foam pads, I added a blue sticky gem to the centre of the bow, blue and white glitter to the mane and tail and my own Happy Birthday sentiment.
