I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

Printed and cut out design pieces. Main design was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.
Decoupage was added using foam pads and card completed with blue organza ribbon around the spine of the card.
An appropriate sentiment will be added later. Just beautiful!
