What a sweet image. This one makes me smile. I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper. I used

Glossy Accent on the eyes and noses and also on the bows. I added red jewels to the center of the bows. Using a square white card I added a red square mat and then a white Cheery Lynn square die cut frame. I cut around the scallops on the image and centered it in the frame. A simply delightful image.
