The sheet was printed onto Crafty Bobs photo paper and all the elements cut out. The decoupage was added using 2mm foam pads and a sentiment added - this card is for the tenth anniversary of the opening of a canine rescue centre.
The picture was added to an A5 card and a gold peel off border was added.
