I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the ribbon using thin foam tape.

I used an 8 x 8 square white pearlised card blank as a base. I printed out the design onto some good quality matte photo paper. I then cut out all of the pieces. On the second sheet I cut the centre out to create a frame.
I layered up and decoupaged the bits using silicone glue. I used some gilding flakes and some gems for decoration.
