Meet Peter Pup

With this design after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base in the centre of a cream A5 card, then i added a light blue straight border all round the outside edges of the design and the inner frame, to finish i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, then placed the sentiment happy birthday just above peter the pup, this is a terrific design was easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done, would suit most ocassions.
