Lovely Painted French bulldog puppy with pink flowers 8x8Completed by Jennie Settle

Cut out topper and decoupage. Placed topper onto an 8 x 8 scalloped card using double sided tape. Added decoupage with foam pads for the 3D Effect. Added a silver sparkly border and a few beads on the flowers.

Then placed some silver wording and numbers as I have used this design for my daughters 40th birthday. Just the job. It’s beautiful.
