Gypsey the Westie in a BagCompleted by Maxine Jones

I matted the card front to some white card and cut around the outline of the topper. I stuck it to a matching purple card and added the decoupage layers. I edged it with siver peeloffs and added the greeting.

I used lilac pearl gems to decorate the bows and bag to finish it off. This beautiful card is quick and easy to make and it's so cute.
