Cute Westies with Teddy Bear in Ornate Scroll FrameCompleted by Wynona O'neil

These cute little guys were printed onto card, cut out and layered into 3D. A piece of white glitter card was mounted to my cream metallic base card and the design was placed upon that.

A ribbon was tied along the bottom, a greeting and some glitter was added to finish. A beautiful card for any occasion.
