I USED 110 WHITE CARD STOCK FOR THIS TOPPER. I CUT EVERYTHING OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I CUT A BLANK CARD TO THE SAME OR CLOSE TO THE SIZE OF THE TOPPER LEAVING ROOM FOR THE BACKGROUND TO BE SEEN.
I USED SOME SCRAPBOOK PAPER WITH PINK ROSES FOR THE BACKGROUND. I GLUED IT TO THE BLANK WHITE CARD. THEN I GLUED THE TOPPER ON TOP OF THAT. I MATTED IT WITH RED METALLIC PAPER. THEN FOR EACH SIDE I USED A PUNCH AND THE SAME METALLIC PAPER.
