Cute Doggie - Get Well/Birthday/Thinking of YouCompleted by Laura Inglis

I printed the sheet onto smooth card and cut out the elements. I layered the elements onto the using foam tape. I used the get well soon sentiment and attached it using double sided tape to the top left corner of the card layering it over the printed sentiment.
