Beautiful Forever Friends , LilacCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I printed on matte card and added to a matching border cut base card.

I printed the picture again and from this I cut away the right top corner and I used for the first layer I added two sentiments and then used glitter on he edges of the picture, the inner picture frame and sentiments.

I added gems to the top and glossy accents to the face features.
