Printed and cut out design pieces, leaving a narrow white border around the topper. Topper was then mounted onto purple card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.
Decoupage was added using foam pads.
One of the 2 lovely designs which can be made - I love it!
