Printed and cut out both designs. A piece of green tartan paper (cup730711_37) was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.

The topper was then secured with foam pads and a die cut 'Happy Birthday' added. Lovely designs which are suitable for a variety of occasions.
