Vintage Kittens in Purple Lace Frame with BowCompleted by Charmaine Brits

I printed the design onto lightweight paper and cut out the images. Used patterned lilac card stock for base and layered with navy piece after I used scalloped die for top edge.

Added small pink pearls, a pearl button to the bow and soft flowers to the kitty bows.

Finished off with stickles glitter glue
