I printed the design onto thick white card and cut out all the various parts that I would need. I stuck the main topper onto a square white blank card using double-sided sticky tape. I layered the decoupage pieces using sticky foam pads before adding the sentiment to the bottom. Shiny sequins stuck on with PVA glue finished the card with a bit of bling!

This is such a lovely design for cat lovers!
