Sitting Pretty Kitty Decoupage Card Topper 2

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added some gems to the kittys crown and some flat backed pearls to the greeting to complete this gorgeous card.
