Pretty light blue 8x8 card front/insert frame with kitten & blue flowersCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x8scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I chose the Happy Birthday sentiment and added this to the top of the card. There is a matching insert (cup1004097_415) which I placed inside to finish the card.
