With this design in first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a white card, then to finish my card i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design, which could be used for a number of ocassions, was very easy to cut and make up, and is stunning when done.
