I printed twice on matte card, wet glued the picture to a matching base card with the cut out border on top,then cut away the outer frame of the second picture and used as decoupage adding with foam squares along with the sentiment tags.

I used matching glitter on the edge of the pictures and tags, added the gems on top and on the picture then finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
