Its the Love CatsCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet onto photo paper twice, so I could add extra decoupage, and cut all the pieces out.

I mounted the base image, and text panel, onto pink card, then onto a 20cm x 20cm card blank.

I used 1mm foam pads to add the text panel and bows and used glue gel to add the cat decoupage.
