Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

There is a matching insert for this card (cup797250_20051) which i placed inside to finish the card.

There is no sentiment on this card so it can be used for various occasions.
