I printed the design on a glossy photo paper, attached to a cardstock the elements and made a 3D card with foam pads.
I added also a peel off sticker border and some embellishments.

After printing onto 160 gm paper and cutting out the pieces, I added a background and the main piece to a scallop-edged card using dst.
The other pieces were added using 1mm foam pads. I love this card, its so cute.
