First, I covered the front of a square card blank with co-ordinating paw print foil card. Next I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the topper and my chosen greeting.

I used DST to attach the topper, slightly off-centre, before using a sparkle pen on the edge of the ribbon and adding shimmer dots to the centre of the flowers.

Finally I added the greeting to the bottom left of the card.
