Printed onto gloss photo paper. I cut out both elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a pale pink Matte and then used DST to attach to a Mauve card.

Used foam pads to attach decoupage element. Used purple glitter on the heart. I stuck a purple bow on corner.

I stuck a pearl on the Bow and 3 pearls on each side of swirls on bottom. A very pretty design.
