I printed the sheet onto A5 size matte photo paper and cut out the elements.. I mounted it onto a 7x5 card which I had covered with cup434659_1914 Dual Fire - Pastel Blue and added the layers and caption using sticky pads.

I completed the card with clear-silver peel off floral embellishments.
