Owl DelightCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I started by covering an 8x8 card blank with a CUP backing paper, then i matted the image onto gold holo card added a Pink feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card blank.

I decoupaged the layers and used a die cut accent piece to mount the greeting onto. I used Icicle Stickles on the Owl's eyes & flower middles, then i used Star Dust Stickles on the Butterflies, flower petals and the Owls head.
