I printed the sheet on to glossy photo paper and attached the topper to the card with taoe. I used foam pads to add the decoupage layers and decorated the edges of the card with gold border peeloffs.
I will finish it off with loads of glitter.
This sheet makes a beautiful birthday card really easily.
