My Symptoms

I printed this sheet out four times on Matte photo paper. I left one hole to become the topper base. Then I took the other three images and cut different layers from them so I could build up dimension on the base.

I attach these pieces with foam sticky pads.

I didn’t attach the topper to a card base using double stick tape. This will make a very cute little note card to send to a friend.
