Lovely Swans on a Moonlite LakeCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper then i attached it to some navy blue card, cut around it leaving an navy edge showing,i punched each corner of the blue card, and mounted it to an 8x8 scalloped edge card, and decoupaged it up,adding small blue pearls to the centre of the love-in-the mist flowers, white pearl each side of the text plate, and blue gems in the corners.
