I printed this design onto photo paper, I cut out all the elements, and placed the base onto the front of a blue C5 card, then added a light green border all round the outside edges of the design, I then added the topper using 3mm sticky pads and adding the birthday sentiment at the bottom left, this is a wonderful design for a birthday.
