Reduced the size to be able to fit two copies of the file each on two sheets of 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper. I used a 5 1/5" square card as the base of the card.

Carefully removed the circular area from one of the extra toppers and attached it to the inside right with dst, then attached a copy of the topper and the insert to the card with dst, Added a sentiment to the card front with silicone gel and glued a second one onto the insert. Cut out the beautiful mostly-blue bird twice to make decoupage layers to shape and add with silicone gel. Such a pretty card!
