Reduced the file size to be able to print two copies to a single sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper (printed 3 copies total).

I removed the center portion from one copy of the topper and used a glue stick to attach it to the card inside right page for an insert. Attached a second topper to the card front with dst, then cut the blue dotted border away from the third topper, removed the circular center portion, and attached to the first topper with thin foam pads.

I cut pretty decoupage layers from the removed portions of the toppers, shaped them slightly and added them with silicone gel--also added a sentiment. So pretty! Finished with blue "jewels" in the corners.
