I started by resizing this to fit a A5 card then i printed it out onto glossy photo paper several times so i could use foam pads to decoupage the details to give a 3D effect ive then added a silver die cut embellishment and a paper bow and a birthday sentiment however this can be change for what ever occasion you wish
