I've made 2 cards from this sheet.
First I placed the main topper on to an A5 card and used layer 3 and bits of layer 5 to decoupage. Added some ribbon and a sentiment.
Then I placed layer 2 on to a square card and decoupaged remaining elements. Added a sentiment to finish.
