I printed this card top onto gloss photo paper. I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount onto card stock, that I folded to make the card.

I printed a title on the blank tag.

I used matching insert,

cup # 391191_107 to complete the card.

This is an easy, and quick card top to do.
