I printed the sheet onto card stock paper. I used green backing paper. I used double sided tape to adhere the base element to the green backing paper. I then used foam mounting pads to layer the smaller elements to the base element and give a 3d effect.
I used happy birthday ribbon to make a bow for the upper left corner. I used acrylic beads, sequins, and red glitter paint to give shine.
