Naughty Little Elf A4

Copied to glossy photo paper . cut out and matted to white scalloped card stock that I had prepared with a green spotted ribbon. Added green and silver shapes around three sides of the border and popped a greetings tag at the bottom. I used some Liquid Pearl on the snowballs and dusted with fine light blue glitter.
