Happy 2nd Birthday Bear A4Completed by Valerie Spowart

I resized and printed out sheet twice onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a white C5 card, cut out bear, number, hat, balloon and stars from second sheet and added to base with foam ppads and finished with pearls to flower centres.

A lovely, cute design.
