Print the image twice, leave 1 whole and cut the frame from the second. Gloss the picture on the whole print and glitter the separate frame. Decoupage the frame on to the full print and mount on to gold card. Add die cut corners and pearls.
Add a peel off sentiment mounted on cream and gold card.
