Cute Penguin in a Cup A4Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed off 2 of the sheets onto 200gsm CUP photo paper. I matted the image onto gold matt card, then onto Red mirror card, added a white feather and used foam pads to mount it to the card base.

I cut the image from the 2nd sheet and decoupaged it to the base image. I used Star Dust, Fruit Punch, Red & Tropical Tangerine Stickles to add some glitzy bits.
