I printed this very amusing design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto white card. I added decoupage using 2 mm thick foam pads purchased from cup.

I printed onto 190gsm Matt photo paper, cut out all elements, added the main topper to an A5 White Card using DST, added the decoupage using foam pads.
Finished off with silver peel off borders and a touch of glitter.
