Firstly I took 2 sheets A4 white card I cut out all he elements from the sheet and backed the main topper on white card using tape.

I then folded the other sheet to make an A5 card blank and scored down the fron centreanf folded in half I took the main topper and attached with the tape on the front bottom half only so that it would stand up to make an easil card.

I then judged where it would need to be to stand up and used the matching strip of colour cubes with foam pads to the base to form a stopper so the card would stand up but still folds flat to post.

I then added the new york banner with pads on top of the cubes .I added the happy birthday greeting across the top of the main image and then layered 2 of the colour boxes on the side and chose the numbers 21 from the sheet.
